Privacy Notice

RICCARA Hotels is responsible for the personal information collected through the Opening Rate registration form. We collect your email address, the time you register, and a record of the consent you give.

We use your email address to send RICCARA opening-rate updates and hotel news you have asked to receive. We keep registration records in the website database and a Google Sheet. Google Apps Script processes the registration and Gmail sends a notification to the RICCARA marketing inbox. The authorized RICCARA team can review and export the registration list.

We keep these registration records until 31 December 2027, unless a deletion request is fulfilled earlier or a legal obligation requires a different period. We do not request payment details or room preferences through this form.

You may withdraw your consent, ask to see your registration, or request its deletion by emailing riccara.marketing@gmail.com. We will stop sending marketing updates after your withdrawal and handle your request through that address.
